Summon: Police Insist On El-Rufai, Others’ Personal Appearance

The Kaduna State Police Command has insisted connected the idiosyncratic quality of erstwhile Governor Nasir El-Rufai and six different elder members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) earlier the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to reply its summon.

Spokesperson of the Command, Mansir Hassan told LEADERSHIP connected Tuesday that constabulary were inactive waiting for El-Rufai and different invited persons and not done representatives.

Our Correspondent recalls that the Police Command had summoned El-Rufai and the ADC members to reply questions implicit alleged transgression conspiracy, incitement of nationalist disturbance, mischief, and causing grievous hurt.

Reacting to this, the Command said, “Former Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai and others did not travel but they sent their lawyers and enactment president arsenic their representatives.
