Lagos State Police Command has arraigned a person of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Shamusideen Oladiti, popularly known arsenic Shameleon, earlier the Ebute-Meta Magistrate Court successful Yaba implicit the alleged execution of a dispatch rider.
