E-commerce platform, Jumia, has been recognised by the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA) for its committedness to user satisfaction, fairness, and transparency.
The institution received the Consumer-Friendly Business Award astatine the maiden variation of the Consumer Service Week Awards 2025, held connected Tuesday, September 30, astatine Adeyemi Bero Hall, Alausa, Ikeja.
