A Lagos State High Court abrogation judge, Justice Akinwunmi Idowu, has returned the lawsuit record of alleged forgery and amerciable concern brought against a firm, Al-Trade Agencies Limited, and 2 others, backmost to the Chief Judge for reassignment.

The lawsuit involves Julius Eshiet and Alabi Collins of the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, who are listed arsenic 1st and 3rd defendants.
