Court Remands Bishop Over Alleged Sex With Sickle Cell Lady To Cure Her

Mrs Nkechi Chima, the Chief Magistrate, Court 2 Abakaliki, rejected the bail application, noting that the tribunal lacks jurisdiction to grip the case.

Chima besides ordered the transportation of the archetypal lawsuit file, evidence, and each documents connected the substance to the Department of Public Prosecution for further action.

The Magistrate, therefore, remanded the suspect successful the correctional centre and adjourned the lawsuit to 4th November.
