The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, has reaffirmed committedness to improving the payment and surviving conditions of unit and their families.

He stated this portion inaugurating respective recently completed projects astatine the 401 Special Forces Brigade, Joe Akaahan Cantonment, Makurdi, Benue State connected Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
