The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship campaigner for the November 8 predetermination successful Anambra State, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, has temporarily suspended his run activities to sojourn victims of the caller flooding that devastated parts of the state.

The flood, caused by 2 days of dense rainfall, affected respective communities, including the Ireh-Obinagu and Ogidi areas of Idemili North Local Government Area.

During his visit, Ukachukwu toured flooded homes, collapsed fences, and submerged neighborhoods on the Ogidi–Onitsha highway, wherever motorists and commuters were stranded.

Accompanied by apical enactment officials and members of his run team, Ukachukwu interacted with victims and assemblage leaders, offering words of encouragement and providing alleviation materials.

He described the incidental arsenic “deeply tragic,” calling for greater authorities attraction to infrastructure and biology management.
